By accessing or using Cliply ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using Cliply, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Cliply is an AI-powered video clipping platform that transforms long-form content into short-form clips for social media. Our Service includes:

• Video ingestion from URLs and direct uploads • AI-powered clip detection and generation • Video editing tools including caption styling, aspect ratio adjustment, and text overlays • Cloud-based video export with GPU acceleration

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content in our sole discretion.

You retain all rights to the videos you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content to Cliply, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that: • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to process your User Content • Your User Content does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights • Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. Clips generated by our AI are derivative works based on your original content, and you retain ownership of these outputs.

You may not use Cliply to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use • Generate clips containing illegal, harmful, or offensive material • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others • Distribute malware or engage in any malicious activities • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use the Service for any commercial spam or bulk operations • Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

Cliply offers both free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Export packs are one-time purchases and do not expire • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service • Any unauthorized access to your account or data • Any interruption or cessation of the Service • Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cliply in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
